Dr. Felix Pretis

Felix Pretis is Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Victoria, British Columbia, and deputy co-director of the Climate Econometrics project at Nuffield College, Oxford. His research applies econometric model selection and break detection to climate and policy questions. He develops and maintains the R packages gets and getspanel, which implement general-to-specific model selection and indicator saturation for detecting structural breaks and outliers.
